Windows 10: HELP NEEDED - Cannot Login

I have a desktop system that is about 6 years old at work.

Recently it would not update, so I used the update tool to get the latest Windows 10 version.


This worked perfectly until I went to login. I cannot.


The issue is that in upgrading to windows 10 my login appears to have became associated with a microsoft account that I subsequently deleted.

So when I go to login under my username it tells me the account is not there and to use another one.


If i try to use another account it just returns me to the login screen.


I am guesssing i need to revert back to the old version of windows10.

Is there any other solution?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Cannot login to windows 10 after update! PLEASE HELP!

Thank you for the advice on enabling the administrator account. I follow all the steps and enabled the administrator account but I am still unable to log in. I am attaching 2 photos of the screens I am able to see at boot up.




I have no way to choose which account to log in with.
Any other ideas or suggestion?
