Windows 10: Help needed!!! "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found"

Windows 10 Home


I just have bought Windows 10 Home. The transaction was smooth, but Microsoft does not allow me to download Windows 10 and its key.

When I click on the product I purchased to download it, the system says:

We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available
I tried to solve this issue for many hours. But! There is no email I could write to ask for help. There is no answer in any "support" category to solve it. There is nobody on the phones provided. "Support" bots are so tremendously useless I am in awe. This nearly $130 purchase has been so frustrating so far that I am afraid I lost my money forever as I cannot get any help to receive the product.


What should I do?

Maybe it's time to step back from the current efforts, and start over. I suggest you read over this excellent tutorial and try all of its steps: [Solved] Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) for Windows 10 - Driver Easy. The one that may provide you with some easy relief is the one where you uninstall the device whose descriptor is failing, reboot, and see what happens when device enumeration recurs during boot-up. If you're lucky, it will fix itself.

Iwas browsing toward Event online help. My system collected over 100,000 of these. Each time I landed in page

"We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."
When I started to search in this forum, I faced identical issue. Every page recommended as a reading ended up with the same redirection failure toward the information "sorry page cannot be found."
