    Help needed with Low CPU usage and Low FPS


    Since the last week i started getting low fps in ALL games all of a sudden and i tracked the culprit to be my CPU's low utilization which for some reason is now very low despite it working completely fine past week.I have tried reinstalling windows 10, it worked fine for a day but when i started my computer again the next day, the problem persisted.Can anyone find a solution for me because i have searched and found no solutions to this weird problem of mine. Thank you in adavance

    low fps battlefield 1

    i play bf1 but low fps



    my pc:

    gpu r7 360 asus mini

    cpu a8 7600

    ram 8gb ddr3 1600 mhz



    all setting is low but fps: 18-24

    why?

    all driver is last update

    i gpu core clock 1000 mhz in the msi afterburner

    but all game use 400-500 mhz

    Good pc but low FPS

    Hi guys , first excuse my english Help needed with Low CPU usage and Low FPS :)

    I have a good pc :

    CPU : AMD FX-6300

    GPU : Nvidia geforce gtx 1050 ti

    Ram : 8 gb ram

    i have a good ventilation

    And i have low fps

    like in League Of legends i have 70 fps drop to 50 with medium settings , any help ?

    Low FPS Problems

    One Thing I had realize Is that On windows 7 there is no low fps and I have windows 10 and Intel core I.3 chip and the computer is brand new. Fro some reason I have Low Fps and don't worry I did a virus scan already.
