    Help needed with TUF RTX 3080 not being detected


    Hello,


    I have a PC with the following the components;

    intel i9 10850k, z490-e motherboard, nvidia rtx 3080 10gb, windows 10, with a 750w psu, 2x 16gb memory.

    my rtx 3080 is connected through 2, 8 daisy pins.


    For some reason since the purchase of my rig the gpu at first gave a code 45 hardware is

    not connected and requires to be reconnected ive taken the gpu out and switched sockets with utmost caution, gpu led indicates cables are connected to the psu, but once I boot up the pc my gpu isnt readable or able to br updated either through windows updates or through nvidia it keeps saying there is no nvidia graphics cards installed.

    After asking my peers for help they decided to update the BIOS and tweak a few settings, however certain options that are supposed to appear in the

    BIOS for the gpu werent available.


    the GPU shows no picture when connecting HDMI or miniDP.

    I have decided to reset my pc to wipe everything.

    after 20 straight hours of brainstorming I decided to wipe the PC. And still issue is not resolved.

    I cant seem to get GPU to show up at all in my PC I have run out of ways to fix this, Please help.
