Windows 10: Help please re connecting Phonak Audeo M hearing aids

Good Day,

I have a Surface Laptop 2 & wear Phonak Audeo M hearing aids which are Bluetooth enabled.

I cannot find the devices when trying to connect them to the computer

I have read your previous support advice re Phonak B devices, however this doesn't seem to apply to the above new model.

Could you please assist

I am having difficulty getting my Signia hearing aids to playback on windows 10. They are paired. They do not connect via blue-tooth. They are not in my playback devise list. Driver is working and has been deleted and reinstalled during restart. Any help

What is the make and model of the Bluetooth hearing aid?



Yes, you can use your Bluetooth hearing aids as an Output device, if the device is compatible with Windows 10. I will suggest you with the steps to set Bluetooth hearing aid as the default playback device.



Before setting your hearing aid as the default device, it is required to configure the Bluetooth device. Please refer this article
Connect a Bluetooth device
to connect a Bluetooth device and go ahead with the below suggested steps.



1. Click on Start, type in Control Panel.

2. In Control panel, click on Hardware and Sound.

3. Under Sound, click Manage audio devices.

4. In the Sound box, click the Playback tab, select the Bluetooth Hearing aid, click
Set Default, and then click OK.
