Windows 10: Help please, system error 1067

I got these errors:C:\Windows\System32>net start wuauserv The Windows Update service is starting. The Windows Update service could not be started. A system error has occurred. System error 1067 has occurred. The process terminated unexpectedly.Here is the evtx file from Event Viewer errorseventviewersystem log files.evtxPlease help, thank you so much.

Task Scheduler Service won't start Error 1067

Hi Josiah,

There are a couple of reasons why the error code 1067 is showing up. For example, some of the system files of the computer went missing or the computer experienced a corruption of data. There could also a value in the registry that needs to be change or
delete. However, we don't want to assume anything yet until we isolate the concern. Since you've done the DISM.exe command, re-installation, and repairing the Windows OS without removing all of your apps, we suggest that you try to run the task scheduler from
the command line. Here are the steps on how to do so:

• Press the Windows icon + X on your keyboard, then choose
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type in Taskschd.msc, then press Enter.
• Once done, check if an error message will show up.

If the same error message shows up, we would like to know how did you repair the Windows OS.

Based on the error code 1067, this is an error message indicating that a service cannot start, and since this error label is unrecognizable, it's very likely not a component of our system. Therefore, I suggest you first clean boot your system according to the following steps and see if the problem can be alleviated.

Here are the steps:

1. Press Windows+R, type msconfig.

2. Open System Configuration, select the General tab, and choose Selective startup.

3. Uncheck the Load startup items box.

4. Go to the Services tab, click Hide all Microsoft services in the lower-left corner, and then click Disable all.

5. Click OK and restart your computer. (Be sure to select Hide all Microsoft services first, then click Disable all, as otherwise, it may cause unforeseen problems such as being unable to enter the system.)

6. Check if the problem reoccurs.

Note: A clean boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if background programs are interfering with your game or program and help you find the cause of the problem. Windows error 1067

Right now I have a service I need to run on my laptop. It suddenly stopped and I tried to start it manually but it didn't work and I kept getting error 1067. I found a solution which was to go to services properties and log in which fixed it but now it stopped again. When I try the same thing I did last time I still get error 1067 and it does not work. I have also tried sfc scan, restore now, and deleting the service in registry. I am contemplating whether to try to boot it in safe mode or doing something regarding MySQL but I am unsure what that does. Some help and suggestions would be very nice. Thank you (doubt this is needed but I have a hp x360 laptop 16gb ram ryzen 5)
