    HELP! Recovery Key won’t work!!!


    My 1 year old Lenovo laptop suddenly locked me out. Keeps asking for the BitLocker Recovery Key but when I enter it it just asks for it again and again. I tried resetting using all options and nothing works. HELP! I did nothing to make this happen! I opened my laptop one afternoon from its “sleep” and the screen was normal. Then it flipped to black then blue then asked for the recovery key. I took it to the Geek Squad and they didn’t know how to fix this. They told me to take it home and do a full wipe and reset. I tried, it did nothing. Still asking for recovery key.
