Windows 10: Help Regarding Notification Bar is not Opening.

So the issue is the notification bar is not opening but the notification is arriving i tried everything like resetting the driver and setting updating everything like drivers , but i don't won't to reset my system anything regarding it tell me about . I don't download any software hat can clash with it's functionality also. Please guide me.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

Follow these steps to check if it works:

• Get notifications from apps and other senders
• Show notifications on the lock screen
• Show alarms, reminders, and incoming VoIP calls on the lock screen
• Hide notifications when duplicating my screen
• Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows

You may just turn them off the notification as you need.

• Are the options under Notifications toggled to ON? You can check it by following the steps below:

1. Open Settings.

2. Click System then Notifications & actions.
