Windows 10: Help- windows 10 keeps crashing

I suppose on recent update my computer crashed "Stop Code: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" blue screen. Finally got it to open and sadly had to do an entire system restore; losing all my files! Get it back up and today a new error: "UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME" and back to the beginning an entire system restore. What next! How do I fix this for good? Not that I did the system restore I cant go back to previous state (before update) What do I do before it crashes again?

Computer keeps crashing

when its in the l last step of installing windows vista it crashes i think its a hardware issue because the is the second disk it has done it on ( i returned the other one) any help would be great system is in the system specs its windows vista ultimate also

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
