Windows 10: HELP - Windows missing files? Error code 0x80004005

HI - Can anyone help me out with this error code. I believe it means there are missing files in Windows/Microsoft. I use Itunes to burn music to disk, and for some reason this code started to appear, and the computer would not allow me to continue to burn to disc. I was a laptop I had for a few years and a few other things were wrong with it just keys sticking and mousepad unresponsive, so I went out and bought a new Laptop, and also an external drive, as this new Laptop does not have a D Drive to make CD's. SURPRISE - it was not the laptop, as this one is doing the same, so for over a year or longer I have not been able to make any CD's for my car, and my Dad wanted a CD made from music I had bought and downloaded - but I had to go out and buy the full CD, because I just could not get this to work.

Does anyone know what this code actually means? I have watched You tube tutorials on how to fix this, and every one I have applied - does not work. I am glad to say that it is not just me, as there are comments on the tutorials from others, stating that it did not work for them either.

Now I am having some sort of error for microsoft and cannot understand why these things are happening and how to fix them :- I don't even know if they are related.
