  1. Help with a program saving files incorrectly.

    Hi.

I've recently started having issues saving disc files (.bin, .iso) with a program "UltraISO". It saves a file as larger than the original file even without any modifications, and with some files it saves it in the same size, but still has a different CRC so there are byte differences + these files do not work properly. I simply cannot say if it's a problem related to the program or Windows 10, I've uninstalled the program once already and reinstalled it, with no help. I cannot say if this happens to every file or just .bin/.iso files, or if it happens with other programs. Any help is appreciated!

Oh and also, I've not modified any settings in the program, it should absolutely be in the same settings as it was before it started acting up.

-EDIT Just tried to save a random file (not a disc image), brought up the same CRC. So it seems to be with disc images only, or the program.

    Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

    Download CCcleaner from here...........

CCleaner Professional | Try the world’s most trusted PC cleaner, free!

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.
