  1. Help with bug check reboot

    Hello,

I just did a reinstall because of repeated BSOD. I'm now trying to check things before they get bad.

In looking at my system event viewer, I see an Error saying "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck" Although there was no reboot but I did notice my display flicker around that time.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff80673b73358, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: f27099f4-3b91-4f9d-a9a9-6f7ecbeebe0b.

    2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
    3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
    4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
    5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
