Windows 10: Help with Driver power state failure

Hello, I've been having this problem for a few days and the same thing has happened to me 4 times. My laptop crashes and then I get a notice saying there is a problem called "POWER STATE FAILURE DRIVER" the worst thing is when the laptop reboots the brightness option is gone and I have 100% brightness it is so upset because it hurts my eyes.Can someone help me with this please, I know now how to have back my birghtness option but it still happening, I have ask for help with @MicrosoftHelp on twitter, they already helped me and I did what they have advised me but it has not been fixed, so I cam
