    Help with Frequent BSOD Error


    Hello,


    My PC started getting frequent BSOD issues. I ran through basic troubleshooting and couldnt find the issue. I then did a memtest which came up with no issues detected by windows. The BSOD has a different error messages everytime, but the problem driver is always ntoskrnl.exe, and occasionally includes another applciation with it. After using bluescreenviewer Following this I used driver verifier, but it did not help me much as it pointed at ntoskrnl.exe and another .exe as well. I have uploaded 3 minidump files, of which one of them is the BSOD caused by the verifier. I just cant seem to pinpoint what the problem causing the BSODs is. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    BSOD - Registry Error

    Your BSOD code is 0X000000051

    +1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

    Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

    Run SFC /SCANNOW

    Report back.

    • What is the make and model of the computer?

    Hello,

    As per the title, I am experiencing a range of BSOD errors daily. Perhaps once every 2-3 hours or so, and it seems to crash more often the more program I’m running simultaneously. Though this could be mere coincidence.
    I'll list some of the recent error messages here:

    • Win32kfull.sys failed
    • System service exception
    • Werfault.exe failed
    • Page fault in non paged area
    • System thread exception not handled
    • Critical process died
    • Nvlddmkm.sys failed
    • Dxgmms2.sys failed
    • Unexpected store exception
    • Unexpected kernel mode trap
    And I’m sure there are others I haven’t taken the time to log. Clearly something is seriously wrong.

    Troubleshooting steps taken include:

    • Updating gpu driver
    • Uninstalling 3rd party antivirus software

    I'm including the following to help diagnose the problem:

    • recent .dmp files (only two appear in the minidump folder for some reason)
    • MSinfo output
    • System specs (should be in MSinfo. Ask if you require further details)
