Windows 10: Help with LAN

Hello, I upgraded my pc yesterday with a new motherboard and cpu but now the LAN doesnt work anymore. It says the LAN Driver isnt installed. (sorry for bad english) I already installed the new LAN Drivers from the Mainboard page with an usb stick but when the installation should work it says: The Realtek Network Controller was not found. If Deep Sleep Mode is enabled. Please Plug the Cable. I wanted to ask for help because it makes me reallly mad but every other thing works except for the LAN.

Specs: Ryzen 7 3700X CPU old cpu: Ryzen 5 2600 AORUS B550 Elite Mainboard old motherboard: ASUS B450 Pro4 RTX 2080 SUPER KFA2 Graphics Card 32 GB RGB RAM from AORUS SSD + 2HDD's

Good LAN party games?

Most of my suggestions have already been listed.

However, I found Swat4 to actually be a pretty fun LAN game, especially at smaller LAN parties.

Building a LAN rig

well guys I want to build a rig just for LANS I want it to be nvidia seeing that I'm an amd/ati guy I want to switch it up a bit I just want it to be a midrange system nothing too expensive any suggestions or full lists that you come up with would be awesome!
