  1. Help with MemTest86 Result

Hello and greetings to everyone, I can't think of any site to ask about this except Microsoft but here it is. So a little background, I purchased a ram online for my laptop, my laptop was currently sluggish at 4gb and decided to get 4gb to get 8gb. So the problem is, I get the BSODcalled "Bad Pool Header" a few days after the ram was installed, If I remember correctly its after the ram was installed its 3 days after that the BSOD appeared. I assume it's the ram causing this problem. I got my ram installed by my friend, idk if it's because of the dust that got into the ram that's causing the problem because his place looks dirty and he just put the ram at an empty plastic cup. Anyways here is the link for the ram:

Other info is I use the Dell Inspiron 14-3467 Laptop Model

Also here is the mem86 result, I don't know what any of these actually mean so I came here to ask if any of you guys know

Memtest86 Free instead of Memtest86+: Just a suggestion for users here who need to perform RAM tests to rule out hardware issues: Memtest86+ 5.01 has a bug with CPU multicore support (Parallel), as it hangs after some time testing and the only safe way to perform the tests is in single core mode, which is...
