Hey everyone, back in July I built my computer with a ryzen 3600. However, I have been getting constant BSODS and freezes from the past few months, and the longest I’ve ever went without a crash was not even a week. I’m wasn’t sure where to start, so I decided to start by addressing the BSODS.

    I get BSODS such as—

    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED -ntfs.sys

    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

A google search suggests that it’s a ram problem, but when I did a ram test a few months ago, there wasn’t any problems. I have updated all of my graphics card drivers and my chipset drivers.

Please help! Thank you all for reading.

Ram is Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 gb 3200

  2. Back up in Windows 10 dated a month ago

    Hi,

Thank you for using Windows 10.

As the initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to stop and start the File History service
and check if that helps. Here is the steps:

    • Press Windows+R key and type services.msc.
    • Look for File History Service and select it.
    • In the left pane, select Restart the service.
Hope this helps. Let us know if the issue still persists and we'll be happy to help you.
