Windows 10: help with my emails

I am having an issue with my hotmail emails i have emptied all my files and deleted them but i still get a message saying my in box is full

help to remote connect

not sure how to use both programs u 2 suggested, i need more helpful steps thanks

To add an email to your contacts, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:-

1. Open Yahoo Mail, click on the Contacts icon.
2. Now click on a contact.
3. Click Edit Details.
4. Add email address to the contact.
5. Click Save.

If you are using Mail App and want to edit contacts stored in People App, I suggest you to refer to following article under
Edit contacts
for steps to edit the contact and add an email.
