Windows 10: help with my Windows 10 Laptop

Recently i got this Windows 10 Core I5 8th Gen laptop, and im still not used to it. I've honestly never had a nice laptop like this and do i rarely have the latest phone or tech equipment due to financial problems always. So im trying to figure out how to get this light on my screen brighter so i can see my keyboard better, and i dont have to sqyint or get super close to the screen, So the story short and sweet I cant see that well and i had an eye appointment right when all this covid stuff started, So i dont have any contact or glassess and i literally cant see. If i could figure how to get my glasses scriot into contact one that would work i could order them online, but the problem there is i dont know how to do it, I do my online school from home and the only chance i get to do it is at night time when all my kids are in bed, So the house is dark so i already cant see the laptop screen but now it is dark and i cant see the keyboard, Anyway to the point now sorry is there any suggestions for me on how can i get my screen either brighter or to make the wording bigger mb, Or maybe there is a light for my keyboard i could some how get, it has to be free or like super cheap thanks for your help,

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
