Windows 10: Help with removing virus Virus:Win64/Expiro.DD!MTB

I bought a prebuilt PC and after launching the command line starting popping up and disappearing. I tried restarting a couple times, but nothing worked. Then to run the preinstalled Mcafee, but the application window opened and quickly terminated. I tried fully resetting the desktop, but then I kept getting errors of "There are viruses" and now windows Security keeps throwing Virus:Win64/Expiro.DD!MTB errors. I went into the Windows Security application and clicked "Start Actions", but it keeps popping up. Currently running the Microsoft Safety Scanner and it found 408/1705448 files infected

Can i use Windows Defender Antivirus to eliminate the win32/expiro and win64/expiro
virus

I can't get rid of some malwares, Win32/expiro win64/expiro I've tried almost everything I've read on internet, I don't know what is left for me to do, I'd appreciate some help

If these do not fully remove the virus/malware then it will be wise to register with a malware removal site to receive dedicated malware removal instructions, an expert will remain with you throughout the process until confirmation that your PC is 100% clean.
