    Hi there I have a technical problem be appreciative of any help... I'm on window 11... 32gb ran 13th gen i9 Intel core and a rtx4080 is my GPU... The problem I'm suffering from is when I press on games my Computer bottlenecks itself so when I'm not playing a game my CPU usage is anywhere from 1-10% but when I press on any game it nose dives to 1% CPU usage and the games won't respond anyone know why this could be happening my GPU and windows are all up to date
