  1. Help!

I recently installed a new motherboard and Cpu, and I'm getting a BSOD with the error

    "0xc000000e".

It gives me four options - enter to try again, f1 for recovery environment, f8 for startup settings, and esc for UEFI bios settings.

However, sometimes it tells me that a required file is missing - \system32\winload.efi. Sometimes it gives me an option to boot into another OS by Pressing F9. Sometimes it gets me to a boot screen where I can select to boot into windows or windows on volume 4. I only managed the latter once and booting into windows (not volume 4) didn't work.

I tried fixing the disk using recovery tools, disabling secure boot, etc.

I managed to boot fine into windows twice.

Both those times all my files were intact.

For reference, my old motherboard/Cpu was a Ryzen 5 1500x and a Gigabyte GA-Ab350 Gaming - 3. The motherboard died, so I got a 2700x with an Asus TUF b450M-Plus. I booted into windows once with each Cpu and the Asus Mobo.

I have tried using recovery tools in installation media, but to no avail.

Is it related to the two volumes? Only one HDD is plugged in. No SSD.

    Any help is appreciated.

    EDIT:

FOR NOW, booting into volume 4 works.
