    i no longer have my prepaid card 88385122 and i would like to add in a new securtiy info to my email. i cant change my password and i forget my old desktop log in windows at the start up screen. please i need to use my email. cos i update a security email and i am still waiting for my securtiy info to be approved and the approved date is way back. please help me speed up the process. my email at mircosoft is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. please look into it and help me asap. thank you
