Windows 10: Hewlett Packard Printer Queue

Dear Sirs, I use Microsoft 10. My HP printer, model: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus, creates a queue after its first print request, refusing to print further files for a very considerable time. I am advised that the problem is likely to be associated with Microsoft computer updates. The update apparently replaces the original HP driver with a Microsoft version of the HP printer driver causing the queueing problem on my printer. Can you assist me to overcome this fault please? My HP Printer Currently is Offline, How to get it back Online?

Step 1

Click "Start," then click the "Devices and Printers" folder.

Step 2

Right-click the icon for your Hewlett-Packard printer. It may be labeled with HP or Hewlett-Packard as part of the device name. If it does not, you may have to click the printers in the window without manufacturer names to see the details
of each. At the bottom of the window, next to "Manufacturer" it says "HP" or "Hewlett-Packard." Click the "See What's Printing" option.

Step 3

Click the "Printer" menu in the window that opens and uncheck "Use Printer Offline." Any items in the print queue for your HP printer will print.
