Windows 10: "Hey Cortana" Voice Activation is currently unavailable

Trying to set up "Hey Cortana" Unable to.. I see no options. When I click Windows+C it does pop up..

I have check setting over and over and no option to turn on "Hey Cortana"


When I turn on Cortana and check setting from there I see " Wake word invocation is currently unavailable and will be included in future updates"


Thought this was rolled out to all a long time ago.


I see this option on my laptop but not on my desk top


Please tell when it will be Available

Hey Cortana [Denim] Update Voice Commands Not working

Anyone got "Hey Cortana" in Windows Phone 8.1 (Denim > Settings) to recognize their voice without problems ? I've had Cortana recognize my voice twice in the two step process, but never the second step ?

 

'Hey Cortana' for Lumia 630

This is enabled for phones with SensorCore hardware and Snapdragon 800 processors when the Lumia Denim update is installed.

“Hey Cortana” Voice Activation* – Gone are the days of pressing the microphone button to wake-up Cortana. Simply say “Hey Cortana” while the phone is idle and Cortana will activate. This is possible thanks to the
SensorCore technology.

Currently, SensorCore is available on the
Lumia 630, Lumia 635,
Lumia 730, Lumia 735,
Lumia 830, Lumia 930,
Lumia 1520 and Lumia Icon. Snapdragon 800 processor equipped phones currently include
Lumia 930, Lumia 1520 and
Lumia Icon.

Thank you for your post on the forum.

I understand that you have problems with "Hey Cortana" recognizing your voice.

First of all please note that only Lumia 930, 1520 and Lumia Icon will get “Hey Cortana” voice activation as part of the Lumia Denim update.
