Windows 10: Hey cortana

I have a Lumia 650 mobile. How can I get hey Cortana installed, I have Cortana but I want the 'upgraded version'. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hey cortana enabling switch is missing

Hi Donald,

You may find the Hey Cortana setting by following the steps below:

• Select the search box in the task bar.
• Select Notebook > Settings.
• Under Hey Cortana, switch the toggle to On.

Note: Cortana is only available in certain countries/region and some Cortana features might not be available everywhere.

"Hey Cortana" does not work

It's possible that your microphone settings are incorrect. Let's try the following steps and check if it resolves the issue.

Step 1: Check if you have enabled the "Hey Cortana" feature

• 
  Click on the Windows Search bar or Press Windows key.
  
• 
  Click on the Hamburger sign at the top left of the window and click on
  Settings.
  
• 
  Enable Let Cortana respond when you say 'Hey Cortana' option.
  
• 
  Now check if it works. (Tip: After you say "Hey Cortana", follow up with a question/service for Cortana to respond).
  

Step 2:

Hey Cortana

Hi Kristine, I have viewed your post as shown below. I have sent the request through the feedback hub, but would like to know if Microsoft are working at fixing Hey Cortana to work with Bluetooth headsets. If not why not. After all we are living
in the 21st century I would have thought. I have spent money on a Bluetooth headset that I cannot use because I have to still use the keyboard to start using Cortana. I think you would agree that is extremely disappointing. Please reply

“Hey Cortana” with it. We recommend posting your suggestion to our
Feedback Hub. Your feedback helps us to continually improve your experience with our product. To submit a feedback, follow these steps:

• Type Feedback Hub in Cortana Search.
• Click + Add new feedback.
• Select a Problem and share any details you think is relevant.
• Choose the appropriate Category and Sub-Category.
• Click Submit.
