Windows 10: Hey i have a question about my audio

    Okayy so i got the update from windows 10 to 11 first off i had problems with my headset already after the update and mic didn't work had no audio me and my mates were able to fix that but now i tried to start up f1 2023 and f1 2022 and while starting ip the game my audio starts to die down and lag and then its all gone and then when i look at my audio devices ny headset is gone from the devices even though its connected and is not broken it only does this when i load up f1 games maybe all ea games im not sure but all the audio stops i have a razer nari ultimate headset when the game is starte

    Hi,

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

  3. Windows Audio doesnt work, everytime a restart is required to bring back the audio

    Hi Anthony,

    Thanks for providing suggestions. I have tried all the listed troubleshooting before I raise an question over here.

    None of the things helped....in few steps it makes Audio work(Only because of the Restart that is made) again if I shutdown my system and start back after couple of minutes/hours audio doesn't work.

    Audio stuttering after wake

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.



    Knowing that you have problems with your audio after waking up from sleep, you can try the following suggestions:



    1. Check for Hardware Conflicts:

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Expand the “System devices” category.
    • Look for any devices with yellow exclamation marks or error messages.
    • If you find any conflicts, try disabling or uninstalling the conflicting devices.
    2. Test with External Audio Device:

    • Connect an external audio device, such as headphones or speakers, to the computer.
    • If the audio stuttering persists, it suggests a problem with the Realtek audio device or its drivers.
    3. Disable Audio Enhancements:

    • Go to Control Panel > Sound.
    • Select the Realtek audio device as the playback device.
    • Click on the “Properties” button.
    • Go to the “Enhancements” tab.
    • Uncheck all the enhancement options.

    If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Gigabyte support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or replace the audio device if necessary.
