Windows 10: Hi, can anyone help how to fix the personalization settings

when I open the settings then I click on personalization tab it'll freeze then crash after a few minutes. I can't change the background , except right clicking the pictures but i want to make a slide show but i can't without going to the settings>personalization. can someone help me?

We suggest that you follow the steps below to put your settings back to default and see if it helps.

• Right-click your mouse on your desktop.
• Click on Personalize.
• Select Colors.
• Click on High contrast settings.
• From the drop-down menu, select None.
• Click Apply.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
