Windows 10: Hi, everyone. I have a problem with toolbar in folders in my Windows 10

I installed the easy photo print in my Windows 10 and after remove the options in toolbar stayed this line white in my task. How i remove this white line?????

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

What toolbars are you referring to?

Do you find them in Windows .old folder > Program files?

  Please try the following steps to browse to program files under Windows.old.
  
• 
  Press Windows + E keys to open Windows Explorer
  
• 
  Open C: Drive
  
• 
  Open Windows.old folder
  
• 
  Open Program files and look for toolbars here.
  

You may change the color of taskbar by changing the themes.

• 
  Right click on Desktop and click on Personalize
  
• 
  Click Themes and select a theme which you like.

How can I add folders to the Desktop Toolbar in Windows 10?

It also appears that my "Box Sync" folder appears in the list by default. The question isn't about how to create a new toolbar, the question is how do I get additional folders to appear in the Desktop Toolbar list without placing it on the desktop.

Clearly since other folders appear in the Desktop Toolbar list (OneDrive and Box Sync as examples) this must be possible. How is this accomplished? Please note...I want the folders to appear in the Desktop Toolbar on the taskbar; I do not
want to create a new toolbar.
