Windows 10: hi i forgot my password on my windows pc

hi i need help, when i click restore password it says i have to have a disk, so if someone have that disk please send the download. //William

My son forgot his password

I setup a family account for my 10-year-old son. We both forgot his password. How do I reset his password on my Windows 10 pc? I'm the only other user on this pc.
