    Like others, I switched on my PC, logged in, and found the above message constantly looping. I note that there has been an update today (25 April 2019). How do I access the latest information, as the only responses I can see are a few years old. Also, in looking around the web, it appears this could be looping for more than 12 hours! What's the answer from Microsoft?

    I`ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 months to no avail.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    EVERY time the computer check new updates, the following message appears:

    We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

    My PC is connected to the internet, so this could not be the problem.

    you`ve only directed me to a window link, which I don`T really understand.

    Could ANYONE PLEASE send me a simple answer how I can solve this problem step by step???????

    Nokia 5530 don´t start

    Last year I bought a nokia 5530 but a few days ago it don´t start.. It just appear the nokia logo and nothing else... I´ve been trying to hard reset it like you say in here but it doesn´t work... Please help

    HI WE VE GOT SOME UPDATES FOR YOUR PC! THIS MIGHT TAKE SEVERAL MINUTES!

    If you're unable to log in to your device due to black screen error, we suggest that you boot your device in safe mode through the
    System Recovery options. To do this, follow the steps below:

    • Turn on your device.
    • When the Windows logo appears, unplug the power source of your computer.
    • Perform this step three times. On the fourth time that, turn on your computer, wait for the
      Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) screen to appear.
    • On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot
      > Advanced options > Startup Settings and click
      Restart.
    • Once your computer restarts, you will see a list of options. Press the
      F4
      key to start your computer in Safe Mode.
    • In the safe mode environment, uninstall the graphics card driver under
      Device
      Manager, and then restart the device if prompted.

    Once you're done, check if you still encounter the black screen error. If not, download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer's site.
