Windows 10: Hi!

So my system keeps randomly entering power saving mode, and i have been looking thru a bunch of post around the web to figure out the cause, i'm trying to identify the application that tells windows to enter the power saving modewhich is disabled on all my plans etc i will try to exchange the cmos battery to see if thats the root of the issue, but i would like to see if anyone could point me in the right direction where to look if i can see what is actually triggering the mode. Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
