Je rencontre actuellement des problèmes avec mon PC portable DELL Latitude 5520 dont l'OS est le suivant : Windows 10 Professionnel 21H2

Régulièrement, le PC plante et je fais face un écran bleu (BSOD) avec ce message d'erreur :

• DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  
• driver concerné : Wdf01000.sys

Hello. Recently i got "OEM-HIDClass - 18.16.37.672" in my optional updates list. I'm wondering what is this update about? I checked opinions online - some are positive, some are negative. Some people suggest the update may cause harm. A person told me i shouldn't install the update, unless i have problems with my mouse and keyboard. "The update is offered by mistake, and it's an old one - from 2015", said another person.

So, what should i do - install it or not install it? What will be affected, if i install it? What changes will the update introduce to the system?

 

BOSD when i set up the I/O Interface Wireless Network

Hello, so recently i've got BOSD with Qcamain10x64.sys which is the Atheros Wireless Adapter right? i tried to Lock the I/O Interface Wireless Network in the BIOS and i can boot up normally but cannot find the Wifi Settings because it was Locked. any help
how to fix this BOSD? it's a little frustating because my notebook isn't have a LAN Port
