    Hidden city mystery of shadows game

    I downloaded the game hidden city mystery of shadows from the windows store in September 2017. It was working fine until the developer did an update and now my game is stuck in download queue. I contacted their support and they have looked into and say
    that is a windows store problem.

    Q. Yes, to the second question. Is there a way after reinstalling to locate where I left off in the game? If no, I will go ahead, reinstall and start from the beginning.

    a. Progress of the games are saved in the cloud, in general. Hence, progress is not picked up from computer's drive. But few games are still loading the progress in computer's driver. I am not aware where does Hidden city saves game's progress.
