Windows 10: High CPU Usage Issue on Unsupported PC After Installing Windows 11 24H2 Update

Dear Microsoft Support Team,I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am facing with my Windows 11 system on an unsupported PC. After installing the 24H2 update, I have observed significant CPU usage, which fluctuates between 30% and 66%, occasionally reaching as high as 90% or more. 2) Establish a Clean Boot to see if that resolves it:

3) Run System File Checker/DISM in WIndows 11:

High CPU usage after update
