    Please someone help me, my processor is core i5 @3.3GHz it was very fast but after appearing this task now I can't work it's too slow.

    Windows Explorer use a lot of CPU.

    High CPU Usage by Service Host

    After windows update, two processes, Service Host: Local network and Service Host: Internet Connection Sharing, triggers high CPU usage which sometimes jumps to 50 or more percent. Any solution for this?
