  1. High disc use

My wifes Toshiba laptop usage seems always to be at or near 100%, slows down or completely freezes. The usage varies every second but the most popular are Registry, System, and then sometime Microsoft malicious s, content service host, stand alone update and so on. Any help would be appreciated.

    :)

    Sound Quality

One thing that sticks out from looking at your "My Computer" specs. You list "ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)" which suggests you do not have the correct sound hardware driver. Your motherboard has Realtek sound and the first step is to install the Realtek sound drivers. My ASUS also came with Sonic Studio 2 which is a sound enhancement package. Check the ASUS install disc to see if you have something similar.

May not be a speaker problem.

Burning photos to a CD Disc

    Hi Jimmy,

We suggest that you use Windows Media Player to burn the images. Please follow the steps below:

    • Open Windows Media Player.
    • In the Player Library > Burn tab > select
      Burn options
      .
    • Choose Audio CD or Data CD or DVD.
    • Insert a blank disc into your CD or DVD burner. (Select the drive you want to use if your PC has more than one CD or DVD drive)
    • Search for the items in your Player Library that you want to burn to the disc, and then drag them to the list pane (on the right side of the Player Library) to create a burn list.
    • When you're finished with the list, select Start burn.
Note: If necessary, click the Clear list button to remove all items from the previous burn list.

Let us know how it goes.
