Windows 10: High disk usage from "System" process every time I power on my PC.

Hello, whenever I start up my laptop, the disk usage stays at 100% for a while. Which you would assume that is normal, but it would stay at 100% for around 20 minutes until it finally goes back to around 0%. This laptop is extremely new as well, only 1 month old, so I have no idea why this started to happen. One day I was using my laptop and it was working completely fine, and the next day when I turned it on this problem started to occur, and I have no idea how to fix it.


I noticed that if I show the percentages of what processes is using the most Disk, it shows the "System" process is always using a lot, and I have even noticed that when I use Google Chrome sometimes it uses around 30-50% disk, which I have no idea why either. I have tried some methods, such as turning off Windows Search and Superfetch. I also have no viruses.


I have a Dell G3 15 Laptop, and an SSD drive if that helps. Tell me if you need any more specifications.
