Windows 10: High DPC in windows 10 home 64 bit 1909

I have high latency dpc in my pc hardware, my hardware and bios are uptodate, kindly see the dpc result as below:

I have deleted the portions and created new c-drive again with zero result, I can play games online or offline.

Windows 10 High Dpc Latency

Before upgrade to Windows 10, I've noted the high DPC Latency with Windows 7/64 bits ultimate too. I"ve tried some things, but leave it as it was...
