    Hello

    For a long time I observed Windows 10 is using too much memory. I am checking current processes and total count is not even close to current usage.

    I reinstalled my OS many times, have latest updates, latest BIOS, but still same issue persist for a long time.

    When I use msconfig and disable all non Microsoft services and disable all startup applications, total memory usage starts with %9, which is still too high because I have 64GB memory.

    Below pictures are after emptying everything from RAMMap. Normal start memory rate is %17-18
