Windows 10: High RAM usage

Hello, I use Windows 10 Pro 64 bit with 8 gb ram. I am facing this problem from yesterday. This particular process named "lsass.exe" is using way too much ram. As you can see in the screenshots, it has the highest usage and a total of 65% of ram is being used whereas I used to get around 40% of use while using internet browsers. Steps I've taken to fix this so far-1. Scanned and cleared any possible virus or malware used Windows Defender, Malwarebytes2. Booted my computer in safe mode and ran a sfc/scannow from command prompt.3. Added exclusion from windows defender virus protection setting

@PolarNettles: yes I have a Gigabyte Z170x Gaming-3 Mainboard with Killer E2200 ethernet controller. Are there known issues with this controller?

@AddRAM: RAMMap did nothing as I emptied all the lists. At first boot RAM usage is normal, but when I work or play some time it kinda stacks up the RAM. Snip of the resource monitor

but when i run games that uses 1gb or more ram my ram usage becomes 90-96 and the computer starts lagging.
