Windows 10: High temps on amd m3500 and win10 pro 64x build 18363.778

I do not know on what build or CU this started but on the last CU 18363.778 the m3500 is not down clocking, it starts out at
800 MHz per all 4 cores, but after about 5min it will clock up to 1.5ghz and stay between 1.5ghz to 2.4ghz and never get lower.
The core temps will be at almost the max for the CPU at around 200f during all tasks, task manager shows low CPU usage to only 30% and lower per tasks with only 20 to 30% as the highest per task but thermal threshold at almost 100%.
I did run fcs/scannow and it did fid corrupted files and fixed them but the issue is still present; I am now doing an emplace install of win10 pro to see if the issue gets resolved.
I run win7 on the same laptop with the same Bitdefender total security and do not have this issue.
I do not have this issue on either of my desktops, on with a amd phenome 2 1055t and amd fx9370.

MS Sidewinder 3d pro - Win10 64X

Estou com dificuldade de fazer funcionar corretamente meu MS Sidewinder 3d Pro (joystick) no meu Win10 64X. O driver no SideWinder Gamer (software)fazia o joystick funcionar. Mas este software precisa de um DirectX antigo para funcionar (que não consigo
instalar).

Alguma ideia?

I'm having dificulties to make work well my MS Sidewinder 3d Pro (joystick) in Win10 64X. In Win 98/XP, it worked well with SideWinder Gamer (software). But this software just works with an old version of DirX, that I cant install. Any idea?

 

Windows Build 18363

I have discovered that once upgraded to Windows 10 build 18363 from build 18362, domain users no longer have the option to use Photos. Local users still have the option but domain users do not. I have verified that this behavior is not the fault of a group
policy as down grading back to build 18362 fixes the issue. Does Microsoft have any time frame in fixing this issue?

 

SSD samsung evo and amd drivers

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

The issue could be because of the AMD drivers installed on the computer.

Since the Samsung SSD is working fine with the Microsoft AHCI driver, I suggest you to update the AMD driver and check if that helps. To update the AMD drivers follow the steps from the article

Update drivers in Windows 10.

If updating the drivers didn’t help, I suggest you to roll back the driver to previous build and check if that helps. To roll back the driver to previous build follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Press and hold the Windows + X key on the keyboard.
   
2. Select Device manager.
   
3. In Device manager, expand IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers.
   
4. Right click on AMD SATA Controller and select
   Properties.
   
5. Navigate to the Driver tab and click on Roll Back Driver.
   
6. Restart the computer.
