Windows 10: Highly persistant update error 0x80070005 - Version 20h2 update. - Repost

I am reposting this question as it has now been 5 months since this issue began and 11 people have requested an answer.This error appears every time I attempt to update to Windows 10, Version 20h2.I have a persistent notification telling me to restart my computer to install the update, this of course has no effect.The update error 0x80070005 is shown in the check for updates part of system settings. I have re-downloaded the update 9 times.It's difficult to compile everything I've done over the past 5 months of having this issue, but in an attempt to summarize:- I have installed from an ISO w
