Windows 10: hiwhow do I fix hard error and then my screen goes black

Everytime I start my PC I keep getting a hard error and screen goes black with the arrow pointer in I can't move it won't do anything it's really frustrating as I just got this desktop and I really really like it and now I can't use it at all
