Windows 10: Hohe CPU Auslastung beim Starten

Sehr geehrtes Microsoft Team! Ich habe ein Problem, unzwar wenn ich mein PC starte und nichts aufhabe, nutzt mein System direkt 11% CPU Auslastung, was komisch ist, da dann CPU Kern 0 und CPU Kern 14 komplett ausgelastet ist, wodurch dann viele Sachen nicht gut laufen, wenn die CPU Kern 0 und 14 nutzen, ich hoffe mir kann wer helfen :!
