Windows 10: hotmail not coming up send from web/acct

Mail & Calendar - from a website, that allows, emailing to others, used to bring up hotmail. When it worked it brought up an old email address, no longer existing. I then added an email address to my Microsoft account, made the new email primary & deleted non existing email. Then when trying to send from a website, that uses hotmail to send. got to add account, gmail, got to name you want as sent. Error. I then added, made an account at outloook.com, now my Microsoft account has changed to the new outlook email pass. from settings > account > the account email does not match, how I log onto account. trying to log into my account with, PC's email from settings account says that's already in use. Now trying to send from a web site, just as blank page, nothing comes up but white screen

Access to a Hotmail acct

How can I log into a Hotmail acct from my PC if the Hotmail acct is not mines. I tried to go to www.outlook.com and log in from there but as soon as I type in www.outlook,com it automatically signs me into my own Hotmail acct. How can I by pass this and
log into a totally different Hotmail acct. on my Windows 10 PC.
