Windows 10: Hotmail settings "out of date" every other day

What's the deal MS? My account settings don't change. My password doesn't need to change. Nothing changes yet I have to constantly re-input my account info for Windows mail, every other day, even though WINDOWS ITSELF IS LOGGING ME IN WHEN I TURN ON MY COMPUTER! Yes I'm getting mad... this is irritating to no end. No, your help section doesn't help. Your program is the problem. So what's the solution?

Hotmail acct setting out of date

Every other day I receive a notice that my account settings for Hotmail are out of date. I click on fix and it asks for my PIN number - once I enter it +- it says repaired but then happens again two days later. Anyone know of a permanent fix?

I am experiencing the exact same issue with my 950XL. I ended up deleting my Hotmail account on my 950XL phone and reinstalling it. However it still says 'Your Hotmail account settings are out of date' but now I also get Nothing has arrived yet and Hotmail
on my phone has not populated from the server.. I then get the option to Fix Account or Dismiss so I select Fix Account and see the message Fixing Account. Then All done. Your account was updated successfully.. I select Done and receive a message Your Hotmail
account settings are out of date.

It goes in an endless loop.

Microsoft, suggestions please.
