Windows 10: Hotspot not Working

So I live in a country that has poor connection (5 mbps only). And I always use the ethernet so I can get low ping during gaming.


My family also needs the internet whenever I change the router's cable (one to the wifi router, one to my own pc)

so Im gonna use the Mobile Hotspot, but even if the connection is sharing, my iPad says "No Internet Connection".


I double checked and yeah I did what must be done (Network sharing) but still, no internet to other devices.

I tried using command prompt for the hotspot, even if the virtual network takes internet from ethernet, my iPad still says "No Internet Connection"


But when I use Connectify (Hotspot app), it works for like 10 minutes then it disappears while it says the hotspot is fine.


Restarting the hotspot doesnt fix anything. In order for Connectify to work again I have to restart my pc for every 10 minutes (But 1 game in League of Legends take **** 15 - 55 minutes!)


Mobile Hotspot used to work just fine but it still has no internet even if I choose the right Network for sharing

Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot Not working

Hi,

Your Bluetooth connection may be enabled which prevents you from setting up your mobile hotspot. To have this addressed, we suggest turning off the Bluetooth connection and see if you're able to set up your mobile hotspot. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings and select Devices.
• Click Bluetooth, then toggle it OFF.

Once done, check if you can now turn on your computer's mobile hotspot. Let us know how it goes.

We appreciate that you have tried the suggested steps above. Have you tried to connect other devices to the mobile hotspot on your PC?

Since the issue is still the same, we suggest that you uninstall/reinstall the network adapter driver and check if this will resolve the issue. Follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Locate for Network adaptor and click on it expand it.
  
• 
  Right click on the device and click on
  uninstall.
  
• 
  Once you are done uninstalling the driver, restart the computer. It will automatically install the generic network adapter driver.
  

We can also update the network adapter driver. Skip step 3 from the above steps and right click on the device and click on update.
