How can I automatically clear persistent cookies

I'm using Firefox which I've set to clear cookies when I quit. However, one or two persistent cookies still seem to remain - I guess that's why they're called persistent.

Is there anyway to automatically clear these as well? I've done a search for a solution but not come up with anything so far.

    Thanks

    :)

  2. Persistent Cookies

Cookies will persist if they aren't being deleted by you or a program or being blocked by restrictive settings.

Internet Options> Privacy> try a setting of Low or Medium.

Click on Advanced and verify that "Override automatic cookie handling" is not checked.

Click on Sites and verify that blocked or allowed sites are sites of your choosing.

Internet Options (General tab)> verify that "Delete browsing history on exit" is not checked.

If you ever manually delete history, cached files, etc. don't delete cookies.

    Hi,

    As an
initial troubleshooting, we would suggest you to clear your browser's cache and cookies. To do that, follow the steps below:

    • Open Microsoft Edge.

    • Click on the three little dots on the top-right corner.

    • Under
      Clear Browsing Dataclick on
      Choose what to clear.

    • Make sure
      Cache
      is checked.

    • Click
      Clear.

If issue persists, we would suggest you to update your browsers.

    Let us know
    how it goes.
