Windows 10: How can I cancel a subscription when I don't have an account?

I bought and then cancelled a subscription to Microsoft Office in NOV 2022, but Microsoft charged me a subscription renewal fee in NOV 2023. According to the self-help articles on Microsoft's website, the only way I can stop the renewal of a subscription or request a refurnd is by logging into my microsoft account, which I no longer have--I went through all the steps Microsoft offers for finding an account, but no record of an account linked to my phone or email exists. In otherwords, the only remedy they offer is impossible for me to pursue, and there is no way I've found to talk to an agent.

Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.
